Carlos started out as a stressor and installer in the 80's and was previously at the head of 2 other post-tension companies

 

Carlos has a personal relationship with many of the major concrete contractors and engineers in Central Texas. He currently does all major job estimates and has worked with all major neighborhoods and builders.
