Do you perform cable repairs for homeowners?
We typically do not, as we primarily do new installations. You are welcome to ask, and we can refer you to a cable repair subcontractor.
Repair issues range from exposed cables (which may just be aesthetic), to broken cables which would need repair or replacement.

Will you work with me?
We typically work with concrete contractors that have a relationship with the builder, or are bidding on new jobs.
We can consult you on your plans and project, to save you money.

What is post-tension?
Post-tension is our specialty, and less expensive than solely rebar-reinforced home foundations.
The different clay soils of Central Texas make post-tension an ideal product for reinforcing foundations here.
